i do not like. listen and tell me what yout hink the problem is, my friend said the elbow might be coming loose, but im not sure. http://www.flickr.com/photos/46275868@N03/4331682046/ fuck it. just click the link. no i havent checked the elbow yet, it was dark by the time i actually got home. i fixed my boost leak problem, none of my couplers are split, turbo has your normal amount of axial shaft play, didnt find any lateral shaft play. |

Sounds pretty raunchy Have you checked anything yet? I'd atleast take the intake off and see if there is any play |

I really don't know. It looked to build boost fine. Is yours externally wastegated? might want to check that. It sounds like a massive boost leak or something grinding on the compressor housing |

it builds boost properly and holds it no the the turbo is the stock T28 internally gated. and i have checked the system for boost leaks and could not find any major leaks, i did repair the leak in the vacuum line to my BOV that was causing my spool up problem the other day, but other than that everything seems fine. the sound is coming either directly from the turbo, or VERY close to it. |

Hopefully its not the turbo for ya, and just a loose bolt or something. But T25/28 are pretty simple to rebuild |

the only thing i can think is my elbow is loose. and anythings easy to do if you have the money. i can rebuild the turbo thats not an issue, its affording the rebuild kit. |

I got my rebuild kit off ebay. it was fairly cheap. I know how the money situation is, I recently got a decent paying job and that's how I got my coils, wheels, tires, and other random stuff here lately |
