well i checked out a few builds..i notice alot of rods and studs mods. the big boys seem to run more boost on engines that have alot of little things like retainers and springs. |

i have ran 8 to 10 pounds daily for 3 years now. I have been lucky and i really think most of its in the tune and proper matinece. I am going to go all out with the motor Arias 8.8:1 Forged Pistons AMS Sportsman Series Connecting Rods Clevite Main and Rod Bearings Fel-pro Full Engine Gasket Set Mr. Gasket Copper Exhaust Manifold Gasket Arp Main/Head Studs (10mm) Cometic Head Gasket All the Necessary Timing Assembly Replacement Parts Options .020 Over Pistons Pro-Series Rods 11mm Headstuds (Modification Required) Edited by 91240kat, Oct 11 2009, 02:13 AM.

precision 800cc injectors or maybe 1000 top feed fuel rail walbro 255 hp fuel pump aeromotive fuel pressure regulator possible inline pump ? Going to try to keep my Emance tuned ecu and safc to fine tune. I currently data log with an LMI. Have map sensor and egt to install. i thought about going power FC but not sure or stand alone but my philosphy is to keep it simple , i am not that smart .... I drive them , not tune them.... ^ +1 on that... I'd stick with tested companies if you want any kind of reliability/longevity. I've been ka-t for like 6 months now and it's good times (only a t25 on 18 lbs.). Gonna be upgrading pretty soon, but this is more than enough to get my share of kills. |

To be completely honest, I have no idea. I doubt I'll dyno this setup, but I'll be taking it to the track eventually so we'll see what kind of numbers I get there. |

agreed looks a lil ebayish to me too but then again i got all my stuffs off ebay or made it and mine works pretty damn good gotta upgrade the fuel and the clutch but thats it. idk why i quoted lol but yeah im gonna take mine to the track soon and see what it does. before turbo i was averaging like 12.5 in an 1/8 so if i can just get it in to the tens i will feel accoplished Edited by mikemontanti, Oct 12 2009, 02:54 PM.
