Lemme start off here
This is a friendly place, Keep it like that.
Please keep the profanity to a minimum. No Racism or anything of that sort will be tolerated at all. Pretty much just keep it how you would your room or house or garage..(if your a neat person, like my self.) Don't trash this place up for when visitors come, and they'll say ew, I don't wanna stay here. You will get an undetermined percentage of warning depending on how big of an offense it is. You see the little meter under your avatar? That's the warning thing, once it's filled up you get banned for a week.
Pointless Posting
Do not post someone with five letters and call it a post. Or a smiley or just a link. That will get you a warning, do it more then once, its a two day ban.
Reposting, searching, etc
We have a search button....USE IT! its right under the 240sxfamily.com logo! very easy to find. Next to that you may also find the active topics list, that will show you the most active topics of the day.
Signature Rules
Your signatures Maximum size can only be 500x200. Like a normal signature. Not trying to be a dick, but I'm sure when people are scrolling through a thread they don't feel like looking at a HUGE picture of your car, They see enough of 240's. So keep it the size of mine, and it'll be fine. If you need one made, Let me know. Just PM me and we'll talk. You will get a 20 percent warn for breaking this rule.
Hot linking, Linking, etc. etc.
Please don't link NICO, ZILVIA, S-Chassis, 240sxforums. or any other place of that sort on the site. Because thats basicly taking people away from our site. This includes Using it to link someone to a write up of some sort. You should pretty much get my point by now. You will get a 20 percent warn for breaking this rule. We are not affiliated with any websites except for our very few vendors.
Write Ups
This is already covered somewhere else, I know that. But write ups must be your own. And I stress that because I don't want people coming on my site saying oh this site steals things! Get what I'm saying? If not I'm gonna keep going. Alright, I'll keep going. aha. Yeah Just pretty much write your own things and you'll be fine. If your caught doing this. You won't just get warned..it'll be a short banning.
The Number One rule..
Support us. This really isn't a rule but..buy a sticker. Put our link in your sig on other sites. Spread the word. It's the only way we are going to grow. You'll be rewarded in the future when you see how successful you've helped the website/forum community become.
